Overview

A security update has been released to address vulnerabilities in Zoom products. The affected products are Zoom Rooms for Windows, Zoom Workplace, Zoom Workplace VDI Client, Zoom Workplace VDI Plugin, and Remote Control for Zoom Contact Center.

Resolved Vulnerabilities

  • CVE-2026-53409: An improper privilege management vulnerability in Zoom Rooms.
  • CVE-2026-53410: A race condition (TOCTOU, a vulnerability that exploits a situation where state changes due to a time difference) vulnerability in Zoom Workplace, Zoom Workplace VDI Client, Zoom Workplace VDI Plugin, Zoom Rooms, and Remote Control for Zoom Contact Center.
  • CVE-2026-53411: An improper input validation vulnerability in Zoom Workplace VDI Plugin.
  • CVE-2026-53412: An improper input validation vulnerability in Zoom Workplace and Zoom Workplace VDI Client.

Affected Versions and Required Updates

  • Zoom Rooms for Windows versions earlier than 7.1.0 Must be updated to 7.1.0 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace for Windows versions earlier than 7.0.5 Must be updated to 7.0.5 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI Client for Windows versions earlier than 6.5.17 Must be updated to 6.5.17 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI Client for Windows versions earlier than 6.6.14 Must be updated to 6.6.14 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI Client for Windows versions earlier than 6.5.18 Must be updated to version 6.5.18 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI Client for Windows versions earlier than 6.6.15 Must be updated to version 6.6.15 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI Client for Windows versions earlier than 7.0.10 Must be updated to version 7.0.10 Or later.
  • Zoom Workplace VDI plugin for Windows versions earlier than 6.5.17 Must be updated to version 6.5.17 Or later.
  • The Zoom Workplace VDI plugin for Windows version 6.6.14 Or lower must be updated to version 6.6.14 Or higher.
  • Remote Control for Zoom Contact Center for Windows version 7.0.0 Or lower must be updated to version 7.0.0 Or higher.
  • Zoom Rooms for Windows versions earlier than 7.0.5 Must be updated to version 7.0.5 Or later.

Note
