Overview

 

An update has been released to address vulnerabilities in NetClient5 Products. Users of the affected versions are advised to update to the latest version.

NetClient5 versions: ~ 5.7.0 (excluded)

 

 

Resolved Vulnerabilities

 

Arbitrary command execution and arbitrary file creation vulnerabilities in NetClient5

 

Vulnerability Patches

The following product-specific Vulnerability Patches have been made available in the latest update. Please follow the instructions on the Referenced Sites to update to the latest Vulnerability Patches version.

NetClient5 version: 5.7.0 or later versions

 

* Check the file version for each server and update if it is below or above.

  • remote Server : Nc5.Remoting.dll file version 5.2024.0808.1 or at least
  • command Server : Nc5.CommandRemote.dll file version 5.2024.0813.1 or at least
  • management console : Nc5.Main.exe file version 5.2023.0906.1 or at least
  • file Server : Control panel name NetClient5 File Server V2, version 5.0.0.5 or at least
